2. Services Maid to Order provides residential and commercial cleaning services tailored to the needs of our clients. Our services are booked by appointment, and we strive to ensure the highest quality of cleaning.

3. Booking and Payments

• All services must be booked in advance.

• Payment is required upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via card or bank transfer, or other payment methods as accepted by Maid to Order.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds At Maid to Order, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please notify us within 30 days of the service date. You may request a partial refund, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be supported by clear evidence (e.g., photos, written description) demonstrating the areas of concern.

• Maid to Order will evaluate the evidence provided to determine if the dissatisfaction is due to a lack of service quality.

• Refunds will be provided on a partial basis, considering the scope of the issue.

6. Client Obligations

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the premises.

• Clients are expected to ensure that any valuable or fragile items are safely stored away.

• Maid to Order will not be held responsible for damages caused to items not properly secured by the client.

7. Liability Maid to Order will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, acts of nature, or actions of third parties.

8. Changes to Services and Terms Maid to Order reserves the right to update or modify its services and these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

9. Privacy Any personal information collected by Maid to Order will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of providing services or improving customer experience.
